In order for you to stay on top form, you must include aerobic exercise, workouts and stretching in your daily routine. Regardless of how busy you are with your daily chores, you could perform some form of moderate to vigorous activities that exert your muscles.
Spending 30 minutes each day exercising and stretching your will do wonders to your general health and frame of mind. Before you start your daily exercise program or workout, the first step is to stretch and warm up. Upon completion, cool down by stretching for about 15 minutes.

Aerobic or structured exercise releases endorphin, a substance within the brain that relieves pains and reduces stress. Researchers have also shown that it improves the immune system. Regular physical exercise is vital for your health because you improve your body's ability to transport oxygen to all parts of your body. You are able to lower your blood pressure and balance your cholesterol level.
It is strongly recommended that you start your program with aerobic exercise before you decide to focus on bodybuilding or weight training. Anaerobic exercise does not burn fat. If you find yourself lacking the motivation to engage in regular exercise on your own, join clubs or gym. You will have the company of like-minded people.
Choose an activity that you enjoy so that you will continue to have the pleasure of doing it. Make it a habit by continuously performing it daily. Soon it will become a lifestyle.
