2. Get better sleep. I am sure you have heard that getting 8 hours of sleep is optimal. How much sleep are you getting? Are you getting to bed around the same time each night? Getting good sleep is essential to obtaining the mindset for personal growth. If you are constantly not getting enough sleep or getting fragmented sleep, you are not going to be in the mindset to make gains in personal growth. Your mindset will be tired and run down.
3. Start exercising. We all know and have heard the benefits of exercising. In terms of personal growth, exercising is essential. Even if you exercise for a few minutes a day will make a difference. When you exercise over a period of time, you feel more confident in yourself, which is the mindset you want to be in to start developing and growing your mind.
Follow these 3 steps and you will be well on your way to improving your personal growth. Will you see direct changes with these steps? Yes and No. What you will definitely do is prime your mind and get it ready for the changes that are coming. Without these basics, you will find it more difficult to improve and grow personally because your mindset where it needs to be for you to grow.
